Making our Village Bloom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Whalley in Bloom is a community group of volunteers based in Whalley,<\/strong> a beautiful village in the Ribble Valley. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We undertake general gardening and planting tasks around the village and aim to fill Whalley with colour making it an even more wonderful place to live, work and visit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are very grateful to have the support from our local retailers, our community and of course our wonderful volunteers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our volunteers are out come rain or shine gardening and beautifying the village. They also play a vital role in raising the necessary funds for plants<\/b>,<\/strong><\/strong> <\/b>equipment and planters etc.<\/strong>,<\/strong><\/strong> delivering projects and promoting Whalley in Bloom within and beyond the village.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We take a great deal of pride in our village and its heritage. We take pleasure working with the local community, local businesses, churches, schools and the library.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are very fortunate to receive a grant each year from Whalley Parish Council <\/a>which helps fund our endeavours<\/strong> throughout the village and a grant from Northern rail to help fund our work at Whalley railway station.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
