Whalley in Bloom was established in 2011, as a not-for-profit voluntary community association as part of the RHS Affiliated Society scheme.
We have 35 members from all walks of life and meet weekly on a Friday morning for planting, pruning, weeding, propagating, picking up litter, removing plant waste, maintaining equipment and watering which during the summer and dry spells is required much more frequently than weekly.
